Join a small group of other business owners and learn how to make decisions faster, smarter, and more effectively. So you stop going round in circles.
[JOIN A COHORT]
[THE PROBLEM]
You've been sitting on that same decision for months and months now.
You know the one I mean. It's been sitting in your notes app for ages and you hope it's just going to go away.
You've reread the pros and cons list. You've asked your co-founder, your accountant, maybe a friend who's "good at this stuff." You've asked AI. You've told yourself you're "still gathering information," except you stopped learning anything new two weeks ago.
What you're actually doing is avoiding being wrong. So you wait, hoping the decision gets easier or makes itself. It won't. It'll still be there next month, plus whatever new decision has stacked on top of it by then.
That's Decision Delay. It's not a productivity problem. It's not a time-management problem. It's that nobody ever taught you a process for deciding under uncertainty, so you're rehashing the same concerns every time a big call shows up.

[THE SOLUTION]
So work with me and learn how to start making better decisions faster.
In four 60-minute sessions (with homework between) I'll teach you the research-backed techniques that the elite decision-makers use to make the big calls time and time again.
You'll show up with a live decision that you're wrestling with and by the end of the month you'll have made that decision, started to act on it, and be ready to take on the next one too.
By the end, you'll have:
A decision made, not just discussed.
A first move already taken on it.
A process you can run yourself on the next one.
No more "one more opinion" before you commit.
Not a framework you nod along to and forget. A decision you actually made, plus proof you can do it again.
[THE CURRICULUM]
HEre's what we'll cover in the four sessions.
[WEEK 01]
What a good decision looks like.
I'll show you that a good decision is less about the outcome than you think, and explain the importance of following a process rather than relying on pure instinct and emotion.
[WEEK 02]
The first half of the REPS Loop.
We'll cover the first two steps of my REPS Loop. Reading the situation to understand the decision, gathering the info you need, and assessing any blindspots or biases.
[WEEK 03]
The second half of the reps loop.
We'll look at the last two steps of the loop. The process of actually making the decision and taking the first step, plus making sure you learn from it for future decisions.
[WEEK 04]
Bringing it all together.
You'll see how everything you've learnt so far works together to help you make decisions, and you'll finally make that big call you've been putting off.
[THE DECISIONS]
What kind of decisions could you make?
The kind of techniques I'll be teaching you work best for high-stakes decisions, where you're going to have to deal with whatever the consequences are, but also decisions where you aren't entirely sure what the right answer is.
Some examples are…
[THE FIT CHECK]
Are you a good fit for the cohort?
This isn't for you if…
You want someone to just tell you the answer rather than reaching it yourself.
You're after theory and frameworks with no decision attached.
You're not willing to bring a real decision into the room and share with the group.
You're looking for motivation, not a process you can repeat on your own.
You believe decisions just happen to you rather than you actively making them.
This is for you if…
You've got a decision you've been sitting on for two weeks or more.
You keep asking for "one more opinion" before you'll commit to anything.
You've basically made the call already, but haven't said it out loud or acted on it.
You want a process you can reuse, not a one-off answer to this week's problem.
You're a business owner who has to make calls like this regularly.
